The ovens measure 26.75W x 26D x 14H each and has a total BTU output of 30.000 BTU/hr. The interior of the ovens are constructed of all steel with a porcelain oven liner. The oven thermostat adjusts from 150F-550F and is equipped with a flame failure safety device.
