AJ-100 Conveyor
The fully automatic AJ-100 conveyor dish machine is available in your choice of electric or steam tank heat. A 25 standard height clearance accommodates larger wares. such as sheet pans and large bowls. The 36 pre-wash section utilizes specially designed upper and lower arms for excellent removal of food soil. The AJ-100 cleans 287 racks per hour. using only 0.77 gallons of water per rack.
