The Matfer Oval Silform Mould is perfect for blind baking of tartlet bases and of baking choux pastry. It has 25 oval cavities which allow for the dough to be in close contact with the surface and therefore results in even cooking of the dough.

This mould is made of silicone impregnated aerated knitted glass fabric and offers a practical and quick solution whilst baking. The flow of warm air underneath the sheet ensures that a soft bake is obtained along with a desirable colouring.
