It uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to keep the cabinet between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Increasing the unit's efficiency. the condensing fan motor reverses upon compressor startup to rid the condensing coil of dust and dirt.
