Each of the stainless steel drawers accommodate a full size food pan in addition to three ninth-size pans. and the drawers move on a rollers-and-slides system to ensure smooth operation.

The top of this refrigerated prep table can accommodate several food pan combinations. though it includes standard 18 sixth-size pans. Contents of those pans are held at a set temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit while a stainless steel. foam-insulated lid can be closed over the pans when they are not needed to maintain energy efficiency and keep contents fresh. High-density polyurethane foam insulates the cabinet. and magnetic gaskets seal the drawers. A dense. polyethylene cutting board runs the 48-inch length of the TFP-48-18M-D-2 prep table to provide a sanitary work surface. Castors help the unit move for cleaning. and two of the castors lock for stability.
