The base of the True TFP-72-30M-D-4 food prep unit accommodates four full-size food pans. one in each stainless steel drawer. and the door section of the refrigerator contains two PVC-coated shelves that are adjustable in12-inch increments. Those shelves can be used to store bulk goods. condiments. and other ingredients that need to be kept at food-safe temperatures. To move the unit. 212-inch-diameter castors are mounted to the bottom.
